Delivery
Dispatch time
All items are made to order. We aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days. During busy periods such as Christmas, Eid and Ramadan dispatch may take slightly longer, and any change will be shown on the product page.
UK delivery
United Kingdom — £2.99, Royal Mail, typically 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Orders are sent as a Large Letter and will normally fit through a standard letterbox, so you do not need to be home.
International delivery
Rest of world — £7.99, Royal Mail International, typically 7–21 working days after dispatch depending on destination.
Delivery times outside the UK are estimates and can be affected by customs processing in the destination country.
Customs, duties and import charges
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by their own country. These are not included in the price paid to us, and we have no control over them. Please check your local rules before ordering.
Multiple items
Postage is charged once per order, not per item, so ordering several pieces together costs no more to deliver than ordering one.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address at checkout — we post to the address supplied with your order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we can resend once you cover the postage again.
Lost or delayed parcels
Royal Mail does not consider UK post lost until 10 working days after the due delivery date, or 20 working days for international. If your order has not arrived by then, email hello@tagifyaccessories.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
